International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global event that celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women
2022 is focusing on breaking the bias. Can we take a second to imagine a gender equal world? No bias or stereotypes, where differences are celebrated rather than discriminated against. Together we can do this. We can all #breakthebias
Whether bias is deliberate or unintentional, simply knowing that it exists isn’t enough. It should be spoken about and challenged to level the playing field.
