Have you seen our Locket Perks scheme? We've had this in place since January and we've not had the chance to properly introduce it yet!
I hear you ask, "Well, how does it work?" it's simple! For every £1 spent, you will receive 5 Locket Points. These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, from money-off vouchers, to free items!
There are also other ways you can gather points, by inviting friends to join the scheme, or simply liking and following our social media channels!
How do I access my Loyalty Scheme though?
On our mobile app, log in to your account by clicking the 3 lines in the top left corner. Once logged in, you'll be able to select the 'My Rewards' section to view your balance and different ways to earn.
On our website, it can be accessed by clicking the 'My Rewards' tab in the bottom left corner, or by clicking the 'Locket Perks Loyalty Scheme' tab on the bar at the top. You will be able to review everything to do with the loyalty scheme here.
You must be logged into the correct account in order to receive the points for your orders or links. We unfortunately cannot add points for failure to do so.
From here, you can also share your referral code to friends who have not opened an account on our website. This will give you both a £5 coupon code to be used on your next order.
Please note that one code can be used per order. So you cannot use your free shipping reward and your £5 off reward in the same transaction. The same applies to any promotions we may have put out on our social media channels and reward codes.
