Last Sunday on 23rd September, the Global Energy 2018 took place. It took place 35 cities across 23 countries. The UK home of the race this year was - the very pretty - Rother Valley Country Park in Sheffield. Runners got to choose whether they wanted to tackle 3k, 5k or 10k. (It’s a good job I love it) but I constantly get asked where I find time for my own exercise and I must admit sometimes it’s hard, more than hard in fact. It’s so easy for me to motivate others and less so to motivate myself but one form of exercise that I do find to fit in my day and weekends is...
