WOW! 2021 is nearly over and what a year it has been! 🎉🎉
We will be shipping orders up to Tuesday 21st December 2021.
We highly recommend placing your order and using our 24 TRACKED service from now onwards if you are wanting your items for Christmas.
Any orders placed on a 48 TRACKED service will still be shipped however due to the time of year ourselves and Royal Mail can not guarantee its arrival before the big day.
The Team will be taking a well deserved break this year from 22nd December 2021 until 4th January 2022.
This is just short of 2 weeks and will give the Team and myself a chance to recharge and unwind.
❤️What does this mean for Customers? ❤️
We will still be taking orders over the Holiday period to be shipped from 8am on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
We will still be updating our social media and running December daily deals right up until the new year.
Refunds and returns will be held at Royal Mail until 4 January 2022 and will be processed by a dedicated team on return. We estimate this to take 3-5 working days to catch up.
The Customer Service team will be active over the holiday period on emails and enquiry’s - however will not be working as many hours as usual.
All emails will be aimed to be answered within 72 working hours.
