Adults come in 3 sizes;
Size 1 - fits sizes 8-14
Size 2 - fits sizes 14-20
Size 3 - fits sizes 20-26

Children's come in 4 sizes;
Size 1 - Age 2-5
Size 2 - Age 5-8
Size 3 -  Age 8-10
Size 4 - Age 10-12
