E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Purchase & Redemption
    • E-gift cards can be purchased online via our website and are redeemable exclusively through our store www.locketloves.com
    • The e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided during purchase and can be used for full or part payment of goods.
  2. Non-Refundable
    • E-gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, the value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  3. Expiration
    • E-gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. After this time, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
  4. Balance & Usage
    • E-gift cards can be used in multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
    • No change will be given if the purchase is less than the balance on the e-gift card, but the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
  5. Loss or Theft
    • E-gift cards should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged e-gift cards, and no replacements will be issued.
  6. Fraud
    • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any e-gift card transaction we suspect to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • We are not liable for any delay or failure to process e-gift cards due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical errors.
  8. Amendments
    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
