Of course, if you buy a product and you find it is not the correct size for you, please just return and specify the new size you need! If in doubt, our activewear leggings are true to size so order your dress size. If you are in between sizes, we advise sizing down as per the item description on individual items.

Please note the slight difference in size between our standard and side pocket activewear.

Please be aware all measurements are not exact and are a rough guide as there is an industry standard seam allowance on all clothing items as they are cut and sewn.  All Measurements are in centimetres.

The Casualwear have a lot of stretch in them and not only fit a variety of dress sizes, but also leg lengths.

Please be aware: Due to the nature of fabric this product has strict washing instructions to maintain the integrity of the reflective material.

Wash the item inside out, at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and hang dry only. We recommend NOT to use any fabric conditioner.

Our reflective items provide garment reflectivity to help you be seen by vehicle drivers further down the road via their headlights. The reflective pattern helps you to stay safe at night as light bounces off the item making you visible. This item is NOT glow in the dark. This item requires a light source, such as headlights, to bounce off it (reflect) making you visible.

Our shorts all have a super-elastic high-waist, guaranteed to stay in place. They are made of 85% Polyester and 15% Elastane (Spandex) with a precision double-stitched seam. This blend of comfortable, durable materials gives them moisture wicking properties as well as making them squat-proof! The zip pocket on the rear will securely hold most smartphones - even larger iPhones. 

The inside leg is 22CM from the crotch and from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg is 43-44CM.
