We have decided to trial running a 24 Tracked Service alongside our current 48 Tracked Service. This will help to provide a quicker service, meaning the item should be with you within 24 hours of being dispatched from our warehouse.
Here are the costs of the new service, along with what is already available to you:
24 TRACKED (UNDER £40) - £4.25
24 TRACKED (OVER £40) - £2.50
48 TRACKED (UNDER £40) - £3.50
48 TRACKED (OVER £40) - FREE
As with any postal service, it is not a guaranteed arrival within 24 hours as it all depends on factors out of our control.
We’d also like to remind you to double check the correct shipment service is selected, as the system will automatically select Royal Mail 48 Tracked as first preference. When using Apple Pay, you may have to double check you have selected the correct service for shipment again, as sometimes it selects the wrong one as you go to check out.
