Go Local - Local instructors are now branching out into online classes. Whether pre-recorded, live or both. Why not ask on your local Facebook groups to see if anyone is providing a class you love, or even try something new.
Working out from home is the perfect compromise when you are short on time or you’re unable to travel. It is also the best time to try something new, right from the comfort of your new home.
Top tips for home workouts: -
- Clear some space - anything that can fall over or on you or trip you up should be moved.
- Make time - check out the duration of your class, set aside enough time to get ready, do the class, and clear away and wash up at the end.
- Have fun!
